Have you ever felt tired like you just can't get enough energy? It maybe that you are low in IRON, I have suffered from these experiences myself being a woman and losing bloods every month with a low blood count was no fun. In this blog you  will know the following:

What is iron in the body and its functions?

So you may say I know that you are suppose to take iron because its some type of mineral ...right?
The answer is yes but let's get a more clearer definition of having iron in your body.

IRON: 

Iron is a mineral needed by our bodies. Iron is a part of all cells and does many things in our bodies. For example, iron (as part of the protein hemoglobin) carries oxygen from our lungs throughout our bodies. Having too little hemoglobin is called anemia.

 Now that you understand the main point of what Iron does, let'stake a  look at the signs of having low iron better known as iron deficiency. (Take a Look at the image below)

Remember that if you are having these signs be sure to get with your doctor, having very low iron levels can be fatal!

Did you know just taking iron supplements or iron rich foods is not just enough! I was struggling a long time trying to figure out how to get these iron levels right until I found out about this tip with Iron.
