HOW CAN I START EATING HEALTHY????
So you have finally decided to come over to the healthy side of the street, and you are wondering how to do it in the right way. Have no fear your health guide is here and I am going to show you some concepts you can use to get on the right track. Some of the reasons that people get so confused on what health path they should take , is due to the fact that being healthy has become "trendy" when it should be the natural go to in your life. You tend to think well heck I don't want to be trend hopping from salads to salad so what can I do.
Let's take a look at some of the food trends but not all.....
You have the basic diet which was to eat healthy with smaller portions while you starve the rest of the time only to put back on the weight.
Then you had no carb diet which made you give up all the sweet tooth things you like, plus your fried chicken, fried spuds, and anything else fryable is that even a word ...well it is now......
Then you had the health carb diet ...say what? uh yeah its the diet where you boost your body with an over load of natural carbs to lose the weight...... well moving on
Then they had the diet that EVERY MAN IN THE UNIVERSE WOULD HAVE LOVED TO BE ON , which was the all protein diet or FOR MEAT LOVERS ONLY TILL YOU DIE LOL ... I should not have to explain this one I think you get the point.....
And of course you have a few others as well vegetarian, vegan onlys, fruitarian, and the non acidic diet aka alkaline diet.
You have to really understand what the word DI-ET MEANS so lets take a look:

Now lets look at the origin of the word:

So you see when you really break the word down di-et it means a way of life, so if your eating habits or way of life is unbalanced .....you have to rebalance your way of life. Once you do that you will attract healthier options into your life. You also have to realize that the body and the mind are "one" nooo seriously they are one lol
Ex: lets say that you are thinking of a juicy cheese burger you know you should not be having.... if you keep thinking about that cheese burger you are 90 percent likely to hop in that car to the burger joint.... lol so you see how the body and the mind is one.
So now you are screaming well I need solutions to this madness called food life......

Remember, that this just a start and to do more research on your own as well. Also get with a nutritionist or doctor to help you with any other extra problems you may have that is stopping you from having a healthier way of life.
