I know you have that you must eat alkaline foods in order to keep you body in good health.
Today I will help you understand what alkaline means,what it can do for you,and what types of food are of the alkaline family. Lets go ahead and look into the world of alkaline foods.


WHAT DOES ALKALINE MEAN????

If you never heard or understood exactly what alkaline means, then you will want to take a quick look at the definition of this word below....remember that knowledge is power..

WHAT CAN ALKALINE FOODS DO FOR ME

Eating alkaline foods helps your body to remain healthy by keeping your body from being acidic. When your body goes into an acidic state, that's when germs and other harmful/deadly diseases love to come out and play. Having your body in a constant acidic state will eventually lead to more colds,flu, digestive issues,heart problems, fatigue,cancer and a host of other problems.  When you eat more alkaline foods not only does it help repair the body,it also helps clears mucus forming sludge  where these germs and diseases love to breed. Eating alkaline foods is the highest form of defence when it comes to protecting your body's health.

WHAT TYPES OF FOODS ARE ALKALINE????

You may be wondering well heck what foods are alkaline and what foods are acidic.
I have a few charts below that will show you what is alkaline and what is acidic so that you can make the right choices for you when it comes to better health. Like always make sure to check with your doctor or nutritionist  for more information.   So lets go ahead and take a look at these charts.

  • Acidic: Meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs, grains and alcohol.
  • Neutral: Natural fats, starches and sugars.
  • Alkaline: Fruits, nuts, legumes and vegetables.
