Kidney failure and death can occur with as little as 1 gram of copper sulfate. Symptoms of copper overdose include nausea, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, fever, stomach pain, low blood pressure, anemia, and heart problems. So let's find out some signs that you may be low in copper. Side note: make sure that you check with your doctor or nutritionist before taking any types of metal supplements. Some people have been known to be allergic to certain types of metals.
